I am unable to Register although I have filled all due information?

I am a student, pursuing my CA can I apply as an Accounting Expert with CAX?

Yes, you may, as long as you can demonstrate expert accounting knowledge and pass our screening process. We invite you to join our community.

Can I work Full Time with CAX as an accountant?

Yes, you can post your resume on our Careers page. Please go ahead and apply and we look forward to talking to you soon.

I have failed the Test, can I re-attempt it?

You can try taking the test again through the re-testing link that will be emailed to you. As you would understand, by maintaining the excellence of our resource pool (i.e. you), we will be able to attract and direct high quality jobs your way.

I am a qualified accountant with years of experience why do I need to be tested ?

We can’t wait to have you with us, the screening and testing process is integral to maintain the quality of professionals we engage with at CAX. It helps us build a solid community of accounting experts who can grow with us in the future. I am sure you will appreciate this.

Do I need to have increased English Skills to sign up with CAX?

Language is no barrier at CAX to join our community of accounting experts, we are only looking for people with good accounting knowledge.

I am unable to take up a work order after logging in?

That should not be the case. However, you can write to us at support@caxpert.com or call us on 99-53-18-15-16.

I may have questions regarding a work order that I take up, how will I speak with customer to answer my queries?

It is likely you will have queries pertaining to any work order you have picked up through our system. You can reach out to us with any query you might have regarding the customer’s accounts. Do ensure you quote the work order ID before beginning your query. Our team will help you coordinate with the end customer so that all your queries are answered.

Do quote the work order ID to help us identify and deal with your query more efficiently.
CAX does not permit the accounting experts to interact with the customers directly, since that breaches our safety standards.

I may have had an emergency and won’t be able to finish my work order, what are the next steps?

You will need to inform us at the soonest and we will complete the accounts at our end. Do note that, our dues towards you will be affected once a work order has not been completed by you for any reason.

I may have wrongly estimated the Number of Entries for a work order, can I revise it?

After the completion of the work order you can put in your count of entries accrued by you. Our Quality Control Team, vets every work order, and we will intimate you incase of any discrepancy.

What happens if my payment doesn’t come through after I submit the report ?

We are here to further enable efficiencies in the accounting domain. The objective will be lost if we can’t keep our end of the commitment towards you. There will be no reason for this to happen. However, in the rare instance that this may occur, you can write to us at support@caxpert.com or call us on 99-53-18-15-16.

Where can I access my Form 16?

We upload your Form 16 and you can access it post sign in our website.

I may want to refer CAX to my other friends, is there a way to do so?

For accounting related jobs, you can ask your friends to just sign up and pass the screening test. For any other positions, they are free to go to your Careers page and drop in their resume.
